Order Processing Time: After receiving payment, please allow 7-14 business days for the completion of your custom item(s). Processing time starts the next day, if you order on Friday-Sunday your process time starts on Monday. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, there may be slight delays in order processing. We will strive to keep you informed of any such delays.

Shipping and Tracking: Once your item(s) have been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. Please use this tracking number to monitor the progress and updates on your shipment. You can track your package through the shipping provider's website or contact their customer support for assistance.
